Description

Unrestrained by Parental Tyranny:  The Lincolns and their Boys
Abraham and Mary Lincoln came from different worlds, but they both endured unhappy childhoods. As parents, they were determined to give their children a much different experience. Dr. Samuel Wheeler, State Historian of Illinois, will discuss the Lincolns as parents and detail the often overlooked lives of their boys.
