Description
Presentation and reception on Joseph Smith

An evening presentation and reception on Joseph Smith's legal troubles by Dallin H. Oaks, a member of the LDS Quorum of Twelve, former justice of the Utah Supreme Court, and former dean of the University of Chicago Law School.

Sponsored by the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library Foundation, Illinois Historic Preservation Agency, Supreme Court Historic Preservation Commission, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and the Community of Christ.

Event begins at 7:30pm. Doors open at 7:00pm.  There is free parking on either side of the Nauvoo Historical Visitors Center.
